We are sad to share the news that our colleague Alison Orford passed away last weekend after a yearlong battle with cancer.

Our thoughts are with her husband Max, daughter Emma and her family and friends.

Alison joined Blackthorns in 2017, but many of our clients will have known her longer through her time at Vickers Reynolds.

Nothing was too much trouble for Alison and the team at Blackthorns will miss her positive approach, caring attitude and permanent smile.

As a mark of respect our office will be closed on the day of her funeral on Monday 21^st August.
